Compensation is one of the best in the EdTech market tbh. Work culture however leaves much to be desired. It’s basically a lot of politics with absurd demands esp if you’re in sales. However I believe all the things you’ll hear are going to be applicable to any organisation. Maybe if you specify which office exactly you’ll get a better idea as people would know the exact pros and cons. Ex-UpGrad Employee here

Upgrad WLB and Culture

Anyone here working for upgrad? Will be interviewing for them, just wanted to know about their WLB and other benefits? (If any lol?) Wary of edtech startups being crapshoot and prone to layoffs, but overall they're giving a nice bump on my existing CTC, just want to make sure not jeopardizing something in the long run although my preference has been getting the bag but not at the cost of my sanity.

I saw an ad on Business Analytics course by Upgrad it's worth 40k with placement assistance, and guaranteed 3 Interviews, are they really worth it or it's just advertising bs

Hello, I am thinking of upskilling myself and make transition from Manual testing to full stack/software development. I have zerored on two courses One is upgrad full stack development of 6 months at around 80k fees. Another one is of scaler software development of around 11-12 months at around 2.5 lakh. Money and duration is not an issue, I want to to know that which will be a better option for me.
