Lot of buzz on eng/tech layoffs at Swiggy
Anyone here knows how big the impact here is? Looks like high paid and those with large amount of ESOPs are singled out...

Makes sense also, cost optimisation usually starts from the top of the salary bracket.
My friend got laid-off from swiggy yesterday. He was one of the high performers but had a higher TC for his band.
