Non-tech roles

I am currently in a sales generalist role making around 3 LPA in a startup. I am already 25 and I would like to switch into account management or a media buying role. What skills or tools should I consider learning? Currently learning excel & will be starting power BI. My goal is to reach at least 10 LPA this year through any certification or a skill. I know I have higher expectations but I am ready to learn anything that it takes.

If you know your career path will be in non-tech roles, then I highly suggest you become a excel guru (or as close to it as you can get) and supplement with BI visualization tools (I am biased to say PowerBI more than Tableau because of stronger overlap between excel power query and powebi). Some basics of SQL querying but needn't go deeper into database modeling For buying and account management, brush up on corporate finance and scm basics, again no need to go heavy into accounting topics If you have more time after completing all of these, then read up on pricing strategies and managerial economics

Just to be clear, By media buying & account management I meant performance marketing kind of roles. Do scm & CF help in that? Although I am into a non-tech role, my company is a tech startup. I come from a digital marketing & sales background. Anyway thanks for the advice, I will do my prior research on the same.

What should my strategy be if I want to 4x my current salary (let's say go from 7LPA to approx 30LPA) in the next 4-5 years? Is this a realistic expectation to have moving forward? With regards to my work ex; I started off my career with sales, worked for 7 months, left the job, upskilled myself a little bit and landed a product manager role. So in total I have about a year of experience (7 months in sales and rest out it as a pm). Also I have a engineerring background and have also completed my MBA, both of them from tier 2 colleges.

Hey, so to introduce myself. I recently graduated from a new IIM and got into a product manager role at a bank where I have the responsibility of launching a new product. I always thought that I would end up in a sales role and did my internship as a market research intern as well. Now, I have no idea how to proceed with my current role. I have no tech background with a bachelor's in science and MBA in marketing & strategy. Would like to know if I should stay in this role(tbh I like the tasks) or should I change to sales because a fresher with no tech background would always be at a disadvantage And if I choose to stay, how do I go on from here? What skills/certifications/steps should I take. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Need Guidance

I am a software engineer with 2+years of experience at a product based company. My current CTC is around 10 lpa which I feel is below market standards. Also my wlb is terrible and growth at my current organisation has become stagnant. I mostly work on bug fixes and some minor feature enhancements. What are the skills that are required to switch to a product based company as soon as possible with at least 15-17 lpa ? Currently I am not aiming for big tech ( FAANG) type companies as I know these will require thorough DSA , System design preparations which is not possible with my current job.
