How to move out of India?

Off late I have been contemplating moving out of India given the work culture, pathetic pay scales, bad governance etc.

Which is the best route to do so? Should I check with immigration consultants? I saw that Aus, Canada have skilled worker shortage. Will that help my case?

Are there companies who are willing to sponsor visa? Any success stories that you can share.

What are my options so I can make the right move ?

PS. I am currently a PM (MBA+B.Tech) working for a US based company (remotely). 10+ yoe.

I am not at all pathetic here. Quite the contrary. I am awesome here and want awesomeness ^ 10 in my life.

It’s just another troll who thinks anyone wanting to leave India or criticise India is bad.

Ignore and do what’s best for you and your career.

Instead of AUS/Canada - which is actually easier, but then you’ll have to live on your savings till you get a job and it won’t be at same level initially as your current role, you can look at Singapore etc where you can apply, sitting in india via their job portals / linkedin and see if you get selected. They’ll sponsor your work permit. The role you’ll get offered there will be based on your current work ex.

Is the work culture good in singapore?

As someone who worked in Singapore in the past I wouldn’t recommend it right now.

Getting a work permit is difficult, very few companies are hiring expats now and also you can’t ever settle down in Singapore. I know seniors who worked there for 10+ years and still didn’t manage to get a PR so you will always be at the mercy of your Work Permit.

If you just want to be there for a couple of years and come back, it’s good option but chances of getting a job now there won’t be too high unfortunately. Best of luck 🙌

You need to be aligned with your career goals as well before moving out. Singapore would be a good option if you wish to keep going forward in tech. In Europe,Neitherland and Germany has some good opportunities. Also, can you refer me in your company 😃

Just to be clear here- I am looking for the HOW and not the WHY.
