Want to buy Property in Delhi / Gurgaon
Hello All, I have some spare liquidity from my parents, 2-2.5cr (in the form of property at my town). I live in Gurgaon, have lived in Saket for 5 years before this. I am thinking of shifting that property from my town to NCR. Primariy outlook is I can live in my own house, will save rent per month (70k) out of my inhand salary of 3.5 Lakh per month. Can’t invest that property value in any other asset as a good % (>60%) of the value is off book in that area.
I don’t know where to start this research, whom to connect with. Since its a big thing don’t want to do anything random. Any suggestions ?
Also views on buying property in Delhi / Gurgaon. Whats the 10 year outlook ? Which areas one should target ?

Outlook - Real Estate generally has a 7-8 years of cycle. Currently we are in 3rd-4th of that market. Plus if it’s your own consumption, not sure how returns will matter to you. In general, Gurgaon properties don’t justify the price tag. Also, I read you’re paying 70k in Saket, for that choice-set, buying looks good.
