What are some companies that offer good compensation for interesting Machine Learning related work?

I am a fresher who is looking to enter the AI /ML field. I have a B-Tech degree from a Tier-2 college. I have also done various projects related to ML/Image processing/Neural networks during my College. Can you all please provide some companies that are hiring in this field right now ?

I recently started working as a Data Analyst after my undergraduate in Engineering. My work concerns mostly building, testing and tracking ML models for Finance Industry (usually classic ML and not Deep Learning). I wanted to hear from people who have been in this field for some time. How does one grow themselves in this field of work. Had a few specific questions but would love to hear if you have anything more to tell. 1. Where are the high paying and interesting jobs? Big Banks, Software MNCs, or Startups? Which of these should I target to reach to get interesting (preferably advanced ML) work and pay? 2. Is learning new concepts and building personal projects a good way to learn and demonstrate my abilities or is there a better way to develop and present my skills? 3. Is an MS from foreign universities extremely important for good growth in career? 4. Should I try switching to SDE role? (I don't have big preference for either SDE or ML, I just happened to land a ML job)

2022 graduate here, working as a software engineer. I feel that software engineering has less to do big in future compared to Ai/ML. Need your thoughts on what are my possibilities and pros cons on choosing different paths. 1. Stick to software engineer, will get promoted in some time and i can utilise some skills developed during this year and past internship. For next two paths, i will need to study as I don't know much about Ai/ML. Please suggest resources and way if you thing these could be good. 2. Switch teams in Google to some Ai/ML team. 3. Switch firm to some startup on Ai and can learn more things there. If this, then are companies out there how can will consider my this experience, i would want more pay than what i am earning as of now. Happy to read all the comments and your pov.

Hi does anyone have a list of companies who pay more than 30L(20+base) for data science/analytics/ml/BA roles preferably in NCR for 2+ years of experience Or can share companies which pay in this range? Which are the most exciting teams to join in India for the applied ML work? Not looking for the mushroom-like startups which have randomly appeared after the LLM hypecycle or FAANG/MAANG, but well established teams having well defined processes around data, experimentation, deployment at scale, good software engineering practices, a tinge of research + most importantly - having some actual impactful ML use-cases where ML is not a good-to-have but a must-have thing (unlike automating the customer support tickets or building a chatbot - no hard feelings for folks working on those though ☺️). Looking for teams related to sectors like e-commerce, ad-tech, healthcare, fin-tech etc. The team can also be an offshore counterpart of any Fortune 500 giant. Name of the teams along with a brief of some of the exciting problems that you are solving will be highly appreciated - if that is not violating the IPR of your company. 😛 PS: I am Data Scientist working on real world problems in healthcare since last 3-4 yrs.
