But they showed in the placement reports that their students got offers in top firms like BCG etc. I even saw student post that on LinkedIn. Was that fake?

Undoubtedly Don't trust the video u have seen blindly. Don't u think if u they really achieved such numbers, they should have posted an exclusive report with student name, company in which they got placed and CTC breakup?

We provide training in MU. The students in online courses are below average (tier 3 college level). The founder is the son of lovely professional university (LPU) founder. He didn't like the name "Lovely" hence wanted to start something of his own without much effort. Masters union is next IIPM.

Stoa laid off 90 percent of their workforce

I heard from someone in the industry that Stoa laid off most of the people and only 7 of them are still there, including 4 of their co founders. The Main reason was that they were not able to provide placements to the members and their experience had turn to shit . What is happening with ed tech , also the sauce is that now they are pivoting into self paced courses following the coursera model. Alternative MBA nahi chal payega India .
