IBM iX - Hiring process & experience

Recently came across many openings for designers at IBM iX. Even applied through referrals, but no communication from the company yet. Any idea how long it takes for the interview process to even begin? And for people who are already working at IBM as designers: how was your interview and how has the work experience been? Pros and cons?

Also how's the culture and is it Remote?

Hello friends, I am a iOS developer with 5YOE and currently cannot decide what should i learn next. Dilemma between flutter and react native because I’ve just heard - flutterUI is nice and easy to reload than react native but then react native has job opportunities more than flutter. Also what can be better to learn in next.. say 6-8 months?

I had an initial round of interview last week and waiting to know if I'll got through for further rounds or if rejected. No response from recruiter so far. Does that mean rejected?

Anyone from IBM, specially HR? I have a veru disappointing experience with IBM recruitment HR. First they said my technical interview is cleared, after a month of patience, and l follow ups, HR says the skill we are looking for is not matched with what skills you have! I want to take some serious action against the Hiring HR. Could anyone suggest how can I proceed?

Hi, I am currently interviewing for Application dev-Frontend role in IBM Hyderabad. I am considered for their GBS business unit, I got to know from Quora that GBS is a service unit, so I want to know what kind of work is there. I have three years of work experience in product based company. If anyone working in IBM Hyderabad in GBS business unit could answer, it would be great.

How's work culture, hikes and bonuses? Is it similar to IBM GBS?
