Can someone be my mentor?

Hi everyone, I am seeking a mentor who can provide me some valuable career guidance. I have graduated in 2022 from a Tier 1 college and have 1.8 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer. Would be extremely grateful to anyone interested in mentoring me, preferably someone who is an SDE-2/3 or higher. Thank you very much in advance!

I'm an SWE with roughly 2 years of experience. At this point I believe my rate of learning has been strongly attenuated due to the lack of a mentor. Senior SWE's in the industry, what should I do? I want to increase my exposure. Having said that I am also completely unaware of the paradigm of a mentor and mentee. So if anyone can throw some light on that, it'd be really helpful. Hello I'm a data scientist with 7+ years of experience. I want to prepare for interviews in a slow and steady manner. I need a person with whom I can discuss DS and practice mock interviews, someone who can keep me accountable for my progress and learning. Here's what I'm thinking, we discuss a topic at the start of the week, prepare that topic during the whole week and then at the end of the week we sit down and discuss that topic. We can also prepare different topics and teach each other or can dive into some whole new topic. Other ideas are also welcome. Successful people often talk about finding a mentor . But how do I get a mentor. No one really seems to care about guiding juniors .

I am a C++ developer with 10 yoe in India across Fintech domain. I am confused should I move to AI/ML/Data Science roles as they are the high paying skills currently. I am ok to do Scaler or other courses to learn Ml/DS but how easy it is to get into good companies? Will they pay me as fresher or consider my experience. My other option is to continue in C++ development. But will C++ skill enough to sustain in the market for next 20-25 years? Will it pay me enough? Wont the Oppurtunities decline and very few companies will use C++ for new projects. Please guide. TC: 35 lakhs #career #help
