[Idea-9] Who would like to build this ?

Instant Localised Dating/Friendship App: imagine you are in a gym and you want to talk to someone but not able to because of certain reasons. A localised friendship/dating app would help in those cases.

tinder for flat and flatmates, owner put out houses, if you both like each other's profiles then you meet and finalize the house.

Network for Maids/Cooks, basically unorganised house services sector, kind of for blue collar jobs

an app to bet on your friend's daily/monthly/life goals, earn a percentage of the final amount.

I have been an introvert all my childhood, pretty shy, with a very small group of friends, and I thought I was the only one who felt lonely sometimes. Since joining college, I realised there are so manyyyy people out there(especially in the dev community) who feel lonely a lot of times. I wanna build an app to connect devs. Relationships are what makes our lives fulfilling right. I have the whole idea ready in my mind, and I talked to a couple peeps about my app idea too and they loved it

And what's the opinion of you all between corporate jobs and Self business...
