Where can I find gated communities to shift into?

Hi Friends, Want to understand if there is a list/ directory to come across 3-4 bhk flats in gated societies across HSR, but also nearby societies work. Basically we are a small startup & want a good apartment in a gated society for 50-70K budget with a workspace in proximity (super priority)

Check out Uber Verdant. Sarjapur road I lived there for 3 months pre COVID. And I vouch that it simply has the best amenities

Hi grapeviners!! I'm looking for a 2 BHK semi-furnished flat under Rs 30000. Since, I am working in a completely remote job, I don't mind staying far away from IT hubs like Bellandur, HSR layout, Indiranagar. Must have - 1. gated community but not necessarily as big as Sobha, Godrej, Prestige 2. surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic 3. 1 or more balconies 4. 1 car parking Nice to have - 1. Modern design; most flats that I have seen online are very archaic and dull 2. fully-furnished 3. situated in prime areas that are close to hotspots like clubs, cafes etc Thanks in advance!
