How bad is the Job market for Data Science roles?

I just went to LinkedIn and looked for Data Analyst and Data engineer roles, browsed some job posts in Bengaluru and some others. There are very few roles available and a lot of applicants for each job, forget entry level, there's very few posts for specific roles. Same case with Indeed and others as well. I don't know when the situation will improve for this field
