Worst time of your corporate IT Job
What was your worst experience in corporate whenyou newly joined and also now as well?
Hired to lead the team, the team went under restructuring, lead became an individual contributor,
6 months passed, and the company was happy with the lead’s work and gave the lead a bonus with a good review.
After two days boss texted the lead addressing dissatisfaction with work & performance, and would like to put the lead on PIP for 15 days.
Checked with other leads, same story 🤣
so basically boss was not happy with those people( 10) who were in the system or hired between the 23-24 financial year. 🤣
