Need some suggestion regarding Turing ( Remote role)
Hi devs , I recently cleared turing tests and coding rounds and yesterday I had a non technical interview . The discussion went pretty good but the person who interviewed told that min yoe for turning dev is 3 years ...where as I had 2 years 4 months exp ...when the pay discussion came , he said he can only put $10 per hour as my yoe doesn't match with criteria of turing..which comes down to 1760$ per month. Currently my company pays me 14 lpa as base .Is it viable to consider the turing job ?

No. Don’t. It is pretty risky as well as they had let go of people last year when they didnt have clients

bullshit , don’t accept anything less than 25 per hour
Don't take this job! Remember that you are just a contractor for them, and they are the first to let go during layoffs, not FTEs. Hiring seems to be picking up, and you can get a much better offer in India
