I can't find a job coz no experience

Hello everyone,I am 2021 CS graduate.I was preparing for GATE exam for my mtech.But I couldn't perform well enough to get good college.I will probably get around 4000 rank this year.(I know this not good rank for general category and I won't get my desired college/course)I have very good conceptual understanding of CSE subjects like DS, algorithms, databases,and operating systems.But I haven't done any programming and any practical implementation of these.(I only have good btech project on my resume)I have decided to take upcoming TCS NQT to get my first job in IT field. So my main questions are :- 1)what should be my further direction from here ? 2)Should I take job or give GATE another attempt (along with job)? 3)Also please suggest how can I land my first job after gap of 1.5 years.?

Hey Guys, I am working in TCS from last 3.7 years and now I am fed up with it. I want to switch but I don’t know what I am doing here 🙂 I worked for IT support work Endpoint security compliance for 2 years then switched to ISM role for 11 months, no learning and now in the team where all the Physical(ODC) and logical resources(Proxy AD group, VPN access etc) are managed. I want to move out but don’t know how can I find the job. Currently I am doing Google Data Analyst Certification but don’t know how I will switch, how I will show my experience etc

I'm looking for someone who can review my resume and help me in grooming it. I'm currently working in a service based company, have work ex of spring boot and an IOT Platform. I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those. I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all. If someone can help me identify what I'm doing wrong, what can be improved and a resume review it'll be of great help. I need to talk so I would prefer in person, phone/video call. 1.Just graduated from BBA finance in April 2024 and I am unable to find a job in the finance sector and generally want to post like a financial analyst , I want to go into the investment banking sector.Any tips. 2.I also am preparing for an MBA but I want to do a job for 2 years before perceiving my MBA, I am living in Kalyan and unable to find a job for a financial analyst post as a fresher can anybody give me some tips or referral 3. My family is also telling me to prepare for the banking exam as I am not unable to get a job 4. My plan was to do a job for 2 years and then pursue an MBA in Norway can you please give me some tips for what I should do in this situation 5. My education qualification is that I just completed my BBA (finance) with 8.35 Cgpa 6. I am also not interested in accounts job because my account is weak I was in scinence student and did not have much interest in accounts in college I recently gave an interview for a financial analyst position in Eclerx in Navi Mumbai but was unable to crack the aptitude test Can you guys give me some tips for what I should pursue and what action I should take now, can you guys give me a referral I am willing to work in any company or startup

I'm a Sales Professional with over 6 plus years of experience, (Finance and Ecommerce) Got no experience in SaaS sales, have applied multiple times at multiple openings but often receive the same feedback, "No consideration since I've got no relevant feedback" Basically I need a job for experience, they need experience for the job! Any clues/ideas as to which company hires Sales Professionals without SaaS experience or any referrals? Any direction would help. Kindly suggest.

Hey , I'm Btech CSE graduate from PTU Jalandhar ( completed in sept 2022) after that worked for 5-6 months as data analyst ( non - tech field ) and from there onwards did nothing for a year due to hiring freeze , joinings revoked in TCS Infosys. as I was less skilled in coding n all that time so not eligible for big companies and layoffs happening since then. And , now I know HTML CSS JS REACT SQL C++ Basic DSA, git .OOPS DBMS So, Please guide me how to find a job in these times .(considering a year gap also ). I'm in fear and anxiety.

So basically like every time I see a job vacancy I do apply for it.. But I'm not sure why I never get any calls back Or mails and these days I only see vacancies where they want only experienced people like more than 5 or 10.. I mean...where am I going wrong in this job hunt... I'm having 2 yrs of exp where I have wasted 1 yr being in bench so I could say I didn't get a lot of insight for my yrs of exp.... It sucks tho.... 😢 where should I start now what should I do? Completely blank...
