Advice needed on changing track

3 YOE in FrontEnd well versed in Backend Technologies with 200+ leetcode solved, chose frontend but started hating css. Should I switch for the backend profile? How would It affect my pay? Currently @14LPA, need open suggestions on whether to do so or not?

My designations have changed based on the industry requirements and work too changed based on that. I am and sde. Earning less as I have to have wfh. 15-20lpa, currently in lead with about 6+ yoe. Plus some on the side. I am interested in data science. I have been studying. But how do I make the switch. Will my sde exp be counted? Which companies to approach. Should I do projects? Please help.

Hello, I am thinking of upskilling myself and make transition from Manual testing to full stack/software development. I have zerored on two courses One is upgrad full stack development of 6 months at around 80k fees. Another one is of scaler software development of around 11-12 months at around 2.5 lakh. Money and duration is not an issue, I want to to know that which will be a better option for me.
