Best shot to scoring Software Engineer job in US/Europe

There are no fixed plans to settle somewhere in the West but there is just a curiosity of moving to different countries preferably in the West and landing a Software Engineer role. There are no plans for further studies and also don't want to and no need to pursue an MBA as I want to stay an engineer only (managing won't work out for me). I do believe in learning by doing and also taking up courses in order to upskill. I don't have plans to settle abroad but yeah If I like it I might stay, else come back. I am a fresher atm and want to see how I can land a job in the West at an early age. Will decide what I want from life post this experience. Any ideas?
