Moving to Bangalore

Hello, any suggestions for brokers to get a flat in Indiranagar? Not a fan of listings available on housing, NoBroker, etc & I can barely find anything on flats & flat mates groups on FB.

Moving to Bangalore in July, need 3bhk apartment in a gated society within 30 min distance of Koramangala. Help with leads if any.

Greetings, As the headline says I will be moving to Banglore for the first time next week. Finding accommodation here is a real adventure (Not a good one) from what I read and seen. I wanted advice from people who are already there. what is best the way to go about it? I have been using MagicBricks and Flat & Flatmates to search near Salarpuria Softzone, Bellandur area but have not been able to find anything good. Is it hard to find one without a broker also how do you find a broker in the first place? Friends have suggested joining Facebook groups which I am going to try next. I am also contemplating whether living in a PG or a Flat is a better option. For a flat, I would need flatmates which I currently don't have. I want my commute to be as low as possible because I heard Bangalore has godly planned road infra. My company has provided 15 day stay I will have to find it in the given time only. Please let me know how you guys found accommodation. Tips and recommendations are appreciated. If anyone is aware of any empty flat please mention the property name/address. If anyone has stayed in a PG with not too bad food please mention it. Thanks.

I am new to Bangalore and currently looking for a 1 BHK (20k budget) apartment, my requirements are 1. Brand new or max 3 yr old apartment 2. Not ready to give brokerage 3. A place which should have all kind of online services available (like swiggy, Zomato, zepto, blinkit.etc) 4. Preferably a gated community 5. Will be moving to Bangalore in a couple of weeks so looking forward to rent a flat asap. The office is in Mahadevapura(Bagmane Tech park) 1) What are some good localities nearby where I could find apartments in a gated society? 2) What is the best means to find a flat? (NoBroker, MagicBricks or brokers or a literal house hunt on foot) 3) Do the brokers charge brokerage every year for renewal of rental agreement?(as is the case in Pune) Anything else to keep in mind?
