Need advice
Hello everyone, Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon. My experience, 1YOE UiUx, Place- Delhi Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office) What they are offering is 6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working) And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job. Is the offer good or what should I negotiate. I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.

Stay where you are.
1. 5 days working
2. For 46k annually = 3.8k monthly it's not worth it
3. You will work 25 Saturday (roughly a month extra) and get 46k extra for it.
Moot Point: Always have a "compelling" reason to jump and job.

Negotiate more. Not worth jumping the ship for this less hike plus shifting to Gurgaon. Instead stay in your current company, upskill and then search or search for a better offer.
Yes true but the negotiation guy was persistent on the fact that 1 YOE is very less experience, we can o ly offer till 6LPA (90/10) breakdown.
What should i quote them, initially I quotes 8-10 LPA to which he rejected.

Jumping ship for 3k/month hike?
Nope, hence asking over here as to what I should be asking as a fair compensation for my skill and experience.

Ask for 40% hike atleast
Check how ur expenses would increase and reach same amount u save now with the new expenses. That’s the bare minimum hike needed
Update:
Thank you eveyone who gave advice.
So here's what happened after I mentioned the negotiater that nothing less than 7.2 LPA would work for me since a 30% raise and shifting to gurgaon would mean an increase in my expenses.
To which he said, best he can do is 6.2 and said he'll call me back on Monday after I mentioned it was nice talking and cantt go any further if 7.2 is not offered.
On monday, after already clearing the background check reference, and putting my expected salary range, the HR calls me to inform, I need to get a reference check mail specifically from my former manager.
At this point, I had no doubt about not joining this organization, and sent a withdrawl email.
Still looking for a job though.
