Advice needed

Brief background: 1. Ran away from school(7th grade) under the pretext of a stranger helping me coach for cricket. Wanted to make my parents proud and ended up being kidnapped/child laboured for 1.5 years 2. Somehow completed schooling(hated school) 3. Completed my college ( Mass comm )with a year back but had a lot of fun to compensate for my school and then did odd customer service jobs. 4. Got caught in a fake legal case with case still in trial . 5. Have been trying to just compete with life post that and follow wherever my father could help me fit in. Did a contracter(construction) job,a restaurant and everything tanked. 6.Great with people,no ego about the nature of work and am super eager to learn- I just don’t know where to start. I come from a decent family with some financial backing but have gained no computer skills so to say! Open to do my own thing or work as an employee. Please advise 🙏

Im a business analyst whose salary is close to 8 LPA in management consultant in EY. I want to reach 20 LPA atleast in next two years. Should i transition to another role or upskill? I have an elder brother, who is just 12th pass and has had his own stationary shop for good amount of time. He has also worked in retail with a jewellery store. However, ever since COVID, his shop went downhill and because he's also 40+, the prospects of job are also pretty slim. I'm inquiring here to check if anyone can help him get a job. Hi Guys , I am currently looking to start my online MBA from manipal. I need advice on the same whether it helps in my career or not .( The ultimate goal is to either start my business in 5 years or go abroad and work in a MNC). I am 23. But job is not ment for me tbh 😔. Have a business background but it's not stable that's why joined corporate for get some money for ok life. Please need guidance like a big brother on whether I should not do it or start with it ( Btech background not interested in coding as such). Or any other life advice! Thanks

Should I work at well-named startups or companies to work at (eg: CRED, Infosys, etc) with less pay? Or Should I work at unknown startups or companies (eg: early-stage startups or local companies) with higher pay? (x2 the salary here). Note: For the above, the experience & designation are the same. The question is related to future work prospects does working at we'll name brands help me get higher pay in the future?

Hi , My brother is a 2016 mechanical graduate he took 6 years to prepare for different government jobs and finally landed at HDFC where he has to go through a 1 year mba program from Manipal University, He completed his mba did his job for 1 year and realised he is not a good fit for a Sales job . He then started his IT career and worked in an IT organisation for 1 year then got an offer from another hence resigned from the current one , the new organisation revoked offer as the job market started getting bad bad , he is working as an intern in a startup now , and looking for job simultaneously , he is getting selected in tech round but in HR round getting rejected because of this gap , please suggest how to overcome this issue and if there is any referal or job opportunity please do let me help with the same.
