I did my engineering from a very basic college and have not done MBA yet, below is my career graph please suggest if I am at the right path or not 1. Associate Software Engineer- 1 years experience at service based company 2. PMO - same company 1.5 years experience 3. Project Analyst- 6 months service based company 4. Ed-Tech start up- 3 years Senior Program Manager 5. Program Manager- 1.2 years Product Based e-commerce start up( Not Amazon, Flipkart type) 6. Product Manager - 4 months till now, same company My salary growth been like 3.5lpa, 5.5lpa, 6lpa,11lpa, 16lpa,22lpa (all fixed) If I compare to other product managers my salary is very low but I just transitioned to product role and even though it’s very hard for me to learn I am putting 100% effort. What should my strategy be if I want to 4x my current salary (let's say go from 7LPA to approx 30LPA) in the next 4-5 years? Is this a realistic expectation to have moving forward? With regards to my work ex; I started off my career with sales, worked for 7 months, left the job, upskilled myself a little bit and landed a product manager role. So in total I have about a year of experience (7 months in sales and rest out it as a pm). Also I have a engineerring background and have also completed my MBA, both of them from tier 2 colleges.

Hi all, I'm a PMO at Accenture associate level with 1.5 yoe. I don't have much work and I am free 90% of the time and I also wfh. My base pay is 4.26 lpa. Should I shift to a technical role and if yes which role and what should I prepare for? If not is this PMO profile good for earning more money? PLEASE ANSWER

Started working in 2017 (Graduation: Tier 2 College) in hand salary: 28K per Month. Worked for 2.5yrs, had big dreams, didn’t knew what to do, how do I 10x my salary, saw my manager 40yrs old earning 25LPA in the same company. Realised I don’t want to do this for the next 20yrs and the reach at 25LPA. Started preparing for UPSC (wanted to make it big) realised within 6 months, this is not my cup of tea, appeared for MBA entrance, cleared the exam joined Tier 1 MBA, post MBA: 25LPA + XX Esops in next two years at 1.2Cr CTC inc ESOPs. Before 2030 plan to achieve FIRE with 8Cr networth. By 2040 make it 100Cr and retire. Chill at beach with beer in hand and two other friends. What’s your story, do share those goldmine inspirational stories!!

Started off my career in 2011 as System Administrator at 5000 INR. By the time I left it in 2012, I had reached 10000INR. Moved to a metro city and started working for a client based MNC at 3L per Annum. After working for 2yrs I had reached at 3.3L INR per annum. Switched job to another city at 9L per annum. I joined as Senior position. Since then I am working at same place and same team. I have grown from Senior position to Managerial position. Salary grew from 9L to 56L INR. I would like to know from your folks, is it a good growth?

Year 1: 12 lakh Year 3: 36 lakh + 15 lakh SOPs Year 6: 50 lakh + 5 lakh SOPs Year 8: 75 lakh + 30 lakh SOPs Year 10: 110 lakh + 60 lakh SOPs I’ve worked in increasingly larger companies, latest is a decacorn+.
