Help me understand Salary Structure
CTC - 5 LPA (fixed) was written in JD Basic pay - 20k/month Flexible pay* - 18k/month 10% of Flexible pay is HRA PF - 2.5k/month I am not able to understand my take home or in-hand salary. Will i get 38k or 20k? would be great if you can give more info
Basic + flexipay + HRA should be equal to your taxable income!
Pf contributions go towards your epf account and will be under 80c
