Hi, I have been working in TCS for the last 7.5 yrs. There hasn't been a good financial growth in all these yrs, so, now I am planning to look for a job change. I have worked on technologies like python, ML, azure cloud, data bricks, azure data factory etc. What's the current scenario for a job change right now? Have hirings been affected somehow adversely by the ongoing news of "recession"? Is it the right time to look for change?

In this Recession time, will it be a good decision to learn something like Devops and look for a job change or better to be in the same job until the situation changes.

Hi folks , for sometime now , I have not been very happy with my current role. I was planning to start looking for opportunities this year but seeing the layoff trends , I am skeptical, my company currently is stable and no risks of layoff as such, just that there is not much learning and growth. Please suggest if this is a good time to look out for new opportunities or stay put.

Hello! I am currently working at EY and have 6 months work experience. I am not liking the work culture here and want to switch. Can someone refer me for Data Analyst roles? Skills - SQL, Java, ML, SAP Analytics Cloud

Is it a good time to switch jobs, given the market situation? I have 1+ years of experience as a software developer. I am not happy with the work I am doing and also the culture of the company.

Currently in a good WLB company but thinking to go for more challenging environments now. Will it be a good time to apply to companies and switch considering lot of news regarding layoffs in first half of 2024 are going on.
