is it worth to switch from Java/Python to .Net?

I'm looking for job change and i got an interview call for company where main tech stack is .Net My current tech stack mainly focuses on in Java and Python and have almost 10 years of experience. could you please let me know is it worth to switch to .Net and will it help in career growth?
