Need guidance on how to get recruiter call.

I want to know some hack/mischief of getting recruiter's call. I have my good ATS score resume. I have 2.3 years of experience in SQL, Excel, Financial Data And now for 2 years I am doing projects on GenAI, responsibleAI, Machine Learning and Data Science. Now I want to switch from here to Data Science field. Help me out in this situation. Earlier, I got call and HR ask my notice period and they never came back. Plus also guide me on interview parts plus which company can easily hire me.(preferably MNCs or some good startups). Also how much hike should I expect? Currently I am getting 4LPA only. Please help me. As I need a new job very badly.
