Sounds strange, I don't think so... I doubt there would be such a rule or regulation, if it is real, it would be a consequence of taxation, perhaps your boss doesn't want to show his expenditure more than a particular amount, or must cap his business expenditure at a particular amount to be taxed more

I am working into political strategic management as a chief operating officer (startup). I joined this company in the month of November and moved to Bangalore from pune. Suddenly my boss called me one day and he informed me that he  had revised my salary and reduced 10k . 

Since it's registered as a one person company,as per Karnataka government rules there is a certain limit to crediting the salary..


Does anyone have an idea whether there is any rules/regulations as such for an company registered as one person company
