I have an upcoming HR round, how much should I ask for as expected salary?
Tech stack : Salesforce developer YOE : 3.5 yrs Company: Service based Current CTC : 9 LPA What is the market standard for this domain and YOE ?
Go to Glassdoor and check the salary range they are willing to offer. Some companies might tell you they're only willing to pay you based on your current CTC , many companies don't care about your previous CTC
