I’m currently working at KGS and have an offer from PWC AC in audit domain. Should I make this switch? Which firm is better in terms of work life balance and quality of work. Also which for is better in terms of culture.

Depends entirely on the partner that you’d report to. One indicator is to see how sooner the person has made partnership which gives a sense of how competitive the partner is. The quicker the person has reached partnership the greater the expectations may be. You’ll definitely have a tough time but if you make it right you could potentially have a great career. It’s just a subjective indicator and not a foolproof indicator though.
