Hi @EY I am holding an offer from EY gds india for the position of Senior Consultant, they provided me joining date as 15 july Whereas my notice period end on 25 july. Have ask hr to revise the same he told me , try if you can Negotiate the notice period in current org ,if not then drop us An email after the month will revise the joining date . Is this normal? As I already resigned in my current organisation so little bit worried About this ,as HR person is hardly reply (as usual)

I got offer with 50% hike from accenture and accepted but I did not resigned from tcs yet. Its been a month now Got mail from accenture HR on confirmation on joining date and asking to confirm on the LWD so they shall update DOJ accordingly I have YoE 3 and Ctc 8 What should I do?

I am joining EY GDS on 15th April, before joining they are scheduling interview calls with the client. Is it a known practice in EY?

Many GSIs in India have changed their notice period section to reflect 3 months by employee 1 month by employer. Is this even legal ? Can you challenge this during your employment tenure ?

I am in a big confusion.. I am holding an Offer but not sure will I get my Bonus in case I resign in August.. Or I should wait till Sep for Bonus and then resign. Also I need suggestion should I try jobs in EY Gds ?? Is it better than EY India or should accept the outside offer and plan to move out ??

I absconded from my company coz of some reasons. Salary did not had PF but TDS was deducted. I have hidden all this from my current company, is there any way that my current employer can catch me like while generating my form16 or something... Please help...
