Hi All, I am currently working in Amazon as a L4 Business Analyst since last 18 months( YOE: 4), looking for opportunities to switch in and around Bangalore. How much can one expect as per market standards for Senior Product Analyst/Senior Business Analyst role for YOE - 9 ?

How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc? My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE). Why am I asking? Looking at how things are going on at BLR, I'm planning to someday switch to company with work from home and better work life balance.

I'm having around 3y+ exp and my skills will be around requirements gathering, user story writing, test case preparation and UAT. I'm getting around 3.6 lpa fixed in Chennai what are the skills I have to learn to earn more and what companies I can apply. On going through YouTube, most of the folks talking about data analytics it's not relevant to business analyst.
