Is it true when an entrepreneur says that he will be successful only when he will leave his family and baby and he cannot give time to his family since he is building something will that make him successful?

If you are a first gen entrepreneur, then 3 years min is gone. Untill your company reaches critical mass, you have to think, eat and sleep your business. Why I say 3 years?. Is because coming froma salaried environment, our thinking/ thought process is different. It's takes time to think and act like a businessman. And usually it takes at least 2 years to setup a sustainable business. Meaning the profits earned from the business should cover your living expenses, give confidence for some extra investment for expansion. A first gen entrepreneur cannot become successful without family support.
