Pay for PMs at companies like ServiceNow and Salesforce

What is the pay like for 7–9 yoe product managers like? Looking to understand the pay range and the work load. Have been working in startups for close to 6 years and want to move to a more relaxed setup.

If there’s a post around this already, please help in directing me.

I had an offer from Salesforce a couple of years back when I was around 12-13 years experienced, and they started from around 50 LPA and went up to around 55-60 LPA as I had declined the offer because my current org agreed to match it. This did not include the RSUs component and that was extra. I think the range might have been a bit higher had my CTC in my older org been higher.

Thanks for the baseline. How much do RSUs generally come up to? Since these are public companies, we can almost consider them equivalent to cash comp right.

Also since your exp was 12-13 at that time, I am assuming for someone with 7-9 they would offer a lower comp.

Not sure how they link pay to experience at these orgs

I actually don't remember the RSU part. Tried checking but it was a temp workday link and hence it's expired. And yes, you can and that'll vest over 4 years I guess.

I think that number would be the baseline for you as well especially since it's been over 2 years. I remember the HR telling me that it was some level but was not an SPM role. So it would hold good IMO.
