How's this different from Blind/Hood app?

I was active on Hood app, for quite some time before it turned into another platform where people put in their fantasies?! It was again pseudonymous, and eventually the trend died, their DAU/MAU started to drop. What's something that will make a user sticky in a pseudonymous network?
