Need to know deloitte India onboarding process

Any HR from Deloitte here ? What is current situation of onboarding MBA grads. Got lot of queries regarding late joining and no update on offer letters

Anyone knows what is the onboarding process of infosys these days? Are they calling to some other location office to complete the process.

I have parallel offers from Deloitte USI and India. The joining date is also the same. How can I differentiate the communication that it is from India or USI.

My onboarding in Salesforce is virtual, can anyone tell me after how many days they will call me to the office. I have taken my flight ticket as well because I just received the mail of virtual onboarding.

How is Deloitte India for a MERN Developer? Is there any mobile reimbursement or wfh setup policy like Deloitte USI?

Hi everyone, I am from the MBA 2024 batch. I got placed in Deloitte USI for the role of Functional Consultant in September 2023. However, I have not received any update from their end apart from the confirmation mail regarding the goodies which I received in November 2023. Does anyone have any idea when the process for joining will start, as I have already completed my final semester exam in April 2024. Also people who got placed in sept 2023 through campus placements, Have you guys received your offer letter??

I’ve recently attended an interview at Deloitte. The interviews are completed and now I got an email for the mandatory pre-hire documents but HR round is not yet completed. Final CTC was not discussed yet. When will the final discussion will happen?

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office. Could somebody please let me know.
