Recommendations for Certificate Courses Leading to Private Sector Employment

What should a passout in Arts stream do after 12th, person is average in studies ( 65% marks) । I'm Asking for some course or diploma which would be ideal for her to earn money ( can be of any domain except high levels like lawyer and all).

Hi peeps need advice .I am working in a govt PSU with a gross salary of 2 lacs per month.I am 33 years old having passed out from a tier 1 college. All my friends are in the pvt sector and are earning much more than me.Every time I meet them ,i feel a sense of profound sadness. For the past few months i have been thinking of doing a one year MBA program from one of the IIMs ofcourse and moving to the pvt sector.Whats your take on this ?

I have a strong passion in tech. I’m almost a nerd. The thing is, I never wanted to study the conventional indian way and therefore I don’t have a good academic record. 10th : 8.8 gpa 12th: 71 % Joined a civil course even though i loved tech, regretted and moved to another university after completing 2 years of civil. Completed graduation with a degree in ECE and an 8.1 GPA due to covid. My professional record is quite average with a 12.65 LPA offer as an SDE, 1 YOE. The thing is, I crave money. The current market situation and the opportunities available currently does not seem decent for me to switch and get a 20~30 LPA job. Therefore I am considering higher studies. I need some advice from people who have been there and done that. Share your opinion/suggestions, lets discuss!

I did my B Pharm from Manipal University in 2010 and MS from NIPER Kolkata in 2012. Joined as Assistant Section Officer at Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India , in 2012. Current working as Section Officer. Now with 11 years of experience, I am thinking of moving to the private sector. Hi folks I'm currently working as a Full stack developer with 6 YOE now and TC 32LPA. While I enjoy the Technical side of my profession, I have long been considering appearing for state pcs exams. Mostly the reason is the job security , exposure to great connections (civil servants) , other sources of incomes etc. while being in private , I'll have to keep upskilling , pay upfront 30% taxes to govt and face this job uncertainty. I think 40-50 lpa in private should be equal to 10-15 lpa of govt given power , prestige and other benefits.I took a career break 8 years back to appear for upsc but left due to financial considerations. Pls. Advise.

I am passing out this year , I have a tcs offer(3.36 LPA) , whether I should join this or by looking at market conditions should I prepare for government exams( I am really tired by applying and not getting a response).

Salary 24 + 3 Exp : 10+ years PSU Bank : 5 Years MBA break : New IIM ( Not baby IIM ) Own Startup : 2 2 Small companies : ( 6 months+ 2 years) : PM and Post Merger Integration. Now 6 months as Business Architect in Stock Exchange Mistake I did by joining a small company with 12 lpa as I need money after my failed startup and COVID happened at the same time. Need genuine suggestions for switching jobs. How it will impact my career path. As I am looking for 40+ lpa which would be decent for me ( i might be wrong )

How can I raise my CTC 4.32 to between 7-10 LPA. Even I have 4+ yr experience in service desk. Suggest me some good certification or training program so I can reach my expectations lpa
