One of the old employees dropped a bomb of an e-mail against the entire leadership of PhonePe Mass Offline leadership addressing about mental harassment, hostile comments, threatening to sack, and pushing employees to have no work life balance. This mail was sent to the Founder Sameer Nigam and the HR Head.

I know sometimes we refrain from saying too much about our company. But exes can usually be talked about, since there's not much holding back. Maybe it helps someone else avoid a mistake you did, or gain a new learning :p Shoot.

In a shocking turn of events, a former employee at MoEngage, while serving their notice period, reportedly downloaded over 1,000 files, including confidential pitch decks, proposals from active deals, and sensitive product documentation, onto their personal device. This individual allegedly shared the stolen data with a competitor they were preparing to join. As a result, this competitor has started appearing in all of MoEngage’s deals, armed with insider information, and MoEngage is facing unprecedented losses against them. The IT team at MoEngage flagged this alarming activity, and the former employee is now facing legal prosecution.

I won’t shy away from taking the name - Mr. Manas Sunita Pal, founder of Pedalstart(Gurgaon based) is threatening the employees against exit. Here are some of the ill-intent actions taken by him; 1. Threatening to provide bad feedback to next company/college if in case an employee leaves the company. He even sent out letters with poor feedback to college of some interns who left due to the toxic culture. 2. Asking employees to pay for the training and time spent in the company. According to him the employees are liable to pay to him as he has spent time with them training them. 3. Making employees work more than 18 hours everyday. Employees have a KRA where they have to take part in late night discussions at his flat and failing to do so would affect your promotions 4. Abusing the employees and using vulgar language against them I know all this because I know a few people working at the company. Can you folks let me know what could be the course of action for the employees. Can we do something to call out such toxic founders?

I just across this news, I mean really? He is CEO? How people's supported this mindset? Why people's still working in OLA? Is it because they fear sacking?
