Language Expectations for Backend Engineering Interviews

Hello everyone, Im currently working with Spring Boot and have been using C++ for coding practice on platform like Leet code. My Question is during interviews for Backend Engineering Positions, what language should I expect Interviewers to prefer for coding/problem solving. Any insights or experiences shared would be greatly appreciated.
