Bad interviewers are so bad
1. No intro/no small talk, let's directly jump into the question 2. This is not the solution I'm looking for 3. Figure out the solution, this doesn't need to be conversational 4. Remember that clarification I gave you? I don't and I'm going to pretend it doesn't exist 5. This is a bad approach but I'm not going to tell you why. lt just is, trust me 6. I get it but you are wrong Keep adding.

I have my boss like this. Specifically #5. Recently joined a new team internally where he has been for more than 5 years. On any pointers (problems/solns), he would not give any insight and just downright reject the thought.
I can’t imagine how would he be in interviews.
