Does anyone feel this December is not like earlier December's? We are having a huge load of work this December, last time it was pretty chill. This time the onshore team has also taken vacation leaves yet 🥲

I agree. Product team has agreed to too many launches all scheduled between now and 25 December.
A lot of people are taking off which is putting a lot of pressure on folks who are around. If leaves are not approved people complain about bad company culture.
Previously december to jan was very chill.
