Looking for flats in Hyderabad

Looking for a 1 BHK flat in Hyderabad near hitech city. A radius of 5-7 km would be fine. I'm completely new to this city so don't know the area names to search on nobroker or Facebook groups. My budget is 12-15k. Please help me at least with the areas where I can search flats.
