I gave a recruitment assessment in Accenture and at the end of it the submission but got a 504 gate way error and i got disqualified for the next steps.

Sharing my interview experience for grapvine audience. I applied to this company called Weave for Software Engineer role. 1. Recruiter call was very good 2. Coding round 45mins - a. Interviewer wasted 30mins Asking irrelevant questions for the coding round. b. Asked why my current company uses AWS instead of other cheaper cloud providers like GCP, Azure etc, as if I am CTO at my employer. c. Asked Hr questions like why I am looking for switch and what is my tenure at current company, it was totally irrelevant to coding round. d. Asked manipulative question to frame me, "What is the strength of my current engineering team?", I answered 5 engineers, SDE2, staffs etc. He then put his narcissistic comment "If I don't consider EM and PMs as a strength of the team" as in strength-weakness manner. e. Wasted 30mins in these BS questions and then gave a coding question which I solved with working code and he was satisfied with it. f. I was already shocked by his un-professional behaviour, to add to it he extended another 15mins to interview by asking follow up tech questions. g. I knew it's something wrong with this interviewer, then he started asking from which place in the country I am from. I was not in a mood take anymore of his BS, so I gave vague answer mentioning my State in India, he yet started pressuring me to tell exact city. Don't know how this interviewer was a senior engineer at that company with such foolish behaviour. Even after coding a working solution and acknowledgement by interviewer. I got rejection email saying "rejected due to my coding round". I ain't taking such BS and un-professional behaviour, so I reported entire interview details to recruiter and Head HR of that company, it's totally unacceptable for interviewers to waste time of candidates with their incapability, bias and un-professional behaviour. I got response that they will look into this matter internally and such behaviour is totally not acceptable

I interviewed for tech-analyst java position, after interview, Infosys sent an java Assessment wingspan link. Can anyone please explain what does it include.

I was going to join a company in gurgaon. Had 2 rounds of interviews with them and 1 psychrometric test. Both interviews & the test happened on wednesday. On thursday i got email from HR asking details like Aadhar, PAN card and salary slips etc. At First I called the HR to share any offer letter or salary details (neither we negotiated), but she said it will all be after i share the details. Taking it as a win, i shared all of the details. Now on Friday evening i got an email from HR that they cant move further with my candidature. I called the HR to find out, she said it is because i failed the psychrometric test. WTF ? Now i am genuinely concerned if this was scam?

Disclaimer based on real incident! So i was part of accenture for 4 years and last to last year I left accenture when evryone in IT was exploring but last month I saw one of my friend working in same project posted about some vacancies I asked her for the referral. I was confident as it was the same project worked for 4 years knew evryone the interview was taken by one of my ex colleagues( it was a fair interview) even my ex AM was confident and due to current hiring process which is messed up . I had to wait for like 3 weeks for my manager round it finally happened it was so good so good that i started expecting HR call later one day i got an email that someone else is hired for that vacany. I was like WTF happend i discussed with my frnd and ex AM no one has idea what is happened and whats going on. After multiple follow ups and discussion now i gave up hope. Being accenture a well reputed company what happened to the hiring process? Also there is no clarity and transparency. If any HR is reading whats your thoughts ?

Corporate catfishing? More companies are posting realistic job listings that don't exist. Companies doing this are trying to trick employees into thinking the company is growing and that they are hiring more workers to alleviate their workload. This is not only manipulative, but immoral. If you want to increase productivity and alleviate stress in your office, start by showing appreciation for your employees and encouraging them. Share some companies you might know that have been doing this.

Cheating happening in a lot of online assessments. I'm a 2024 graduate and I've worked very hard. I've a consistent streak of 390+ days on leetcode. I'm proficient at CS fundamentals. I have knowledge of web, restAPI and ML. Recently a company visited (startup). It was offered 20L CTC for associate software engineer role. This company conducted OA in 4 batches and all batches had same qn. I'm tye only guy who got shortlisted from batch 1 and rest of the batch guys cheated and shortlisted. In the interview they rejected me for not knowing system design. I then messaged the founder of the company about cheating in exam and how crappy their system was. He didn't care. He replied saying that he already knows. Idk where the hell our world is going with such founders. For him it's about his company. For me it's about my job and hardwork. Is there anything I could do about this? And the guy who got selected cheated in OA and he was in the 3rd batch.

TCS organises an internal exam called "Wings 1" by which the new joiners can double up their salary. (They get extra incentives, it's added as a separate item in Salary Slip). • No Fairness • No transparency , just hope so that you get stuck in the loop. So they organise this 3 times in a year so that they can cover the whole year. (Selling Hope of Getting Cleared Every Cycle). > A few months back they changed rules as most of the people were on the verge of clearing it. > There is no particular syllabus for most of the exams. > If you are on the verge of clearing Required Tracks, you will potentially end up getting failed in one of them for sure.(you'll never know why !) > There's no marking scheme. > The exam centres are 50-60KMs away. > You can't even see how many marks you scored. > The Result comes after a month, that too is sometimes delayed.(This is the same TCS which organises JEE etc exams). > If more people are clearing, they reshuffle marks (Happened in Earlier Cycle). > Even after so many obstacles if you clear it: if your manager gives you C band it goes away... they call themselves employee friendly 😂. Most of the new joiners get stuck in this cycle & end up losing their precious time. Someone should raise this issue. It should be in NEWS. *********If someone is writing article on this then i can share SSs of Dashboard in ample amount which proves my point........

Hi friends, I have recently applied at Accenture First round: the interviewer said, I should apply for a lower experience profile Second round: it was very very good and she even mentioned that I need to upload my documents After that my scheduler ghosted me..... She is not answering my calls. The status on the recruitment site says, contact the recruiter. As the scheduler is not answering, I dailed the help line. I was asked to wait for some more time. It's been almost 3 weeks. Can someone tell if this is an usual procedure at Accenture?????

Hi guys, I received a call from Accenture recruitment team for my HR round interview on 24th June and it was scheduled on 28th June but it was not appearing on the Accenture portal and hence no interview was happened. Same is happening again. I received a call from Accenture team on 3rd July for my HR round interview and it is scheduled on 15 July but the thing is that, it is not appearing on the Accenture portal again. So, is anyone facing the same issue in Accenture recruitment process. And what can be done to resolve this issue.
