Suppose I(intern) am preparing a excel sheet (no numbers) It's been quality check by mentor Again its been quality check by lead person Again its been a final verification done by manager But if the fault is found .. it's my error ??
nope. they're stupid if they completely blame you after multiple checks.
You're still early in your career, you should be allowed to make mistakes.
