Guide me to kickstart my career

I have completed my BE -ECE in 2016, I didn't go to any job due to some family issues and commitments.I really wanted to kickstart my career now..but I am afraid of coding, though I have some basic knowledge in Python HTML and CSS I stopped learning after that..I am afraid that am i able to make a career in IT? As I am having career break,I am planned to do masters in Germany.. preparing for IELTS and started learning German.Will I get admission in public universities even though I have no work experience?Is my choice is right idk? Am i afraid of coding even before learning or what?I can also think of Data science career...bit I am not tht good at math...again I come to same place... Does data Science or Devops works for me? Is IT not for me? idk wat I can do..I am really at low self-esteem esteem?will I become independent in my life?

Why are you not looking into managerial programs in Germany or whole Europe? Who is asking you to stick to technical itself ?

I also like to enter one of those...but the university requirements are not meeting...they ask for work experience for atleast 2 years for MBA...Though some universities have no work experience criteria but tution fees which in turn doesn't meet my criteria

In addition to that...in today's job market,I can say th in IT one can stand well stable
