Tata Play Culture?

Any past or current employees from Tata Play here? Or someone who knows about the company? My brother has an offer from them in their analytics team and wants to know a couple of things before taking the plunge:

1. How is the work culture on the whole and compared to other tech products companies?
2. Had their been any layoffs in the company or known plans of that in the future?
