Things are looking bad at OpenAI
My feeling of why it's going down is, it's no longer run by people that are capable of building AI. Look at the leadership faces of openai. Who among them has any substance to build a AI? One is a business dude(good one) and another a product manager. Where are the techies?
Sam altman- a buisiness guy through n through. Required but not sufficient. He is strong in his strengths.
Mira- just a pure bred product person with 0 technical background.. how will she command scientists or engineering trust and respect?

Not really? He barely had a case. If you look at this strengths in the case, the judge has to rule that whatever openAI has achieved till now it's AGI or not. Only if it's AGI, then Musk will have his lawsuit see a winning chance.
