Market value of a journalist

I am a UI developer with all the UI skills + UX expertise as well. Leading a small team at an IB in India. I get 27LPA + 5L bonus. Is this avg, underpaid or good?

I wanted to know from my fellow peers about what is the market value or how to know one. I have an overall of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in tech startup. What would the market value be as per my position of consultant in my current org.

Since there are many journos here, wanted to get a pulse check. Journalists on business side, how has it been since last three years as there have been major changes and shifts in media landscape. Are you happy with earnings, are there more opportunities as a whole? Do you want to continue pursuing the profession or will you jump into some other field?

What is the benchmark for someone between 5-10 years of writing and editing content for an organization (not in an agency setting)?

Hi folks,I am planning to switch my company in 2 months.I have 4 yoe.Out of which I have 2 yoe in a service based company (support role). And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well. Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED). What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch. Background: I work in a D2C consumer product startup, we have an in-house website and a growing tech team of 7 people. The whole business team is 100+. I'm a '23 grad from a tier 1 engineering college. I joined the company back in September when the job market was at the bottom and I had to take a 40% pay cut (21LPA to 12LPA) (while switching (the last company ran out of funding). I was at a higher than avg base in my previous role but the current role is 20% below the average. (15LPA) The company is in a growth stage and lots of processes are yet to be defined which leads to a lot of chaos but I get a lot of freedom as well. My manager is aware of the whole situation and we had also negotiated a 6-month review for ESOP allotment. My monthly reviews have been going well and we have shipped some good improvements and features over the last few months.

Hi friends, I am working as a network engineer for the past 2+ years. As a network engineer I do work on shifts ( mostly night shift ) I am bit confused here, Whether to continue in the same field or switch to another technology. Can anyone help me like what will be the future of network engineer also the career growth in it. And what package I can expect after 5 years in network domain.

Possible? 3.5 years of experience bba degree No branded companies. All startup experience.

I am a Full Stack Engineer, with 5 YoE. I've been working at 12LPA for almost 2 years. In the current company I am in, I got from 56K PM (During Probation) 70K PM (After probation) and 1L PM (Increment of 30K after working for an entire year). Due to the market conditions I didn't get any hikes, simply because the company wasn't making any money. Anyway, since I've started interviewing I don't know what to say as my expected salary. I know I am a quality engineer, my boss, and my seniors would agree. I just want to know what should be the salary for a above average engineer with my level of experience (5 YoE) PS: I don't have a college degree, in fact I am a dropout, I hope it helps you guys make your guesses.
