I think senior roles are more than the freshers one.  
 Apply, apply and apply. Use all available platform to apply like Linkedin, instahyre, cutshort, top hire etc. if you are applying >50 companies then I guess you would get 5-10 companies call for the interview process

Absolutely. Recently got hired in a MNC at 5yoe. 
 Law of large numbers works here too.
