How to start with data engineering

Hi all!! Can anyone suggest good YouTube channel or courses for Data Engineering as per Industry Standards ?

I'm currently enrolled in a Master degree course specializing in big data, What certifications, projects should I focus my time on to actually get an internship related to being a data engineer? Also is it even possible to enter this field without any prior industry experience?

Any good resources on youtube for data engineering? On real world projects?

I have a Liberal Arts background with my focus always in Social Impact. Recently, I did a management degree and pivoted into a generalist role - working at a social enterprise as part of the CEO's Office. Unfortunately, I am not getting any analytical work or a single chance to play around with data. But I want to do so, and desperately. What kind of resources will you recommend me to get better with data analytics? I have already zeroed on doing an Advanced Excel Certificate (as revision), also keen on doing Six Sigma Certification from LinkedIn (just to better my basics and start thinking analytically).

I have been working as a SAP ABAP consultant (as primary domain) but I do handle the Data Engineering/Integration activities in my project(from 3 years on n off). And now I feel like I'm becoming Jack of all and king of none. Data engineering is interesting and I'm getting inclined towards it.
