What’s your go-to strategy for meal planning and cooking as an adult?

I use ready made Ginger garlic paste. I make onion + tomato + chilli paste for 2 days together. So while cooking I just need to fry. Sometimes I just make daal chilla or salad Most of times I cook panner cuz it's easy n tasty Marinate Chicken n grill it
