EM interview final round tips
Hey everyone, I'm heading into the last round of an Engineering Manager interview, and salary talks are on the horizon. Any quick advice or tips you could share? TIA

I'll share the company name after the interview. My yoe is 7 and tc is 49 LPA (42 fixed).

If you are looking for salary at manager level, you are in the wrong place. The right question to ask is are you able to make a 5x impact since your current role (I presume IC). Rest will follow. Remember, the engineering manager value is in his team and its execution only.
